Unfortunately, almost all of adult women have or will have some degree of cellulite on their abdomen, buttocks or thighs. This skin dimpling is frustrating and difficult skin condition to cosmetically treat. Cellulite is very common and is caused by strands of collagen (fibrous bands) pulling downward on an individual’s skin surface. The result is an “orange-peel” texture that appears as skin depressions or a “cottage cheese” appearance.
Many women try a variety of over-the-counter creams and lotions, but do not see any visible improvements to their skin texture.
There are safe and effective non-surgical solutions! At Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery in Santa Rosa we are pleased to offer an effective new injectable, QWO to smooth and improve appearance of cellulite on the skin! QWO, manufactured by Endo Aesthetics™ is the first and only FDA-approved injection treatment for moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women. Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery is among the first doctor’s office in the North Bay, Sonoma County, and Northern California to offer QWO.
